We are looking to make your next event special!
Our bar is a fully remodeled 1998 Circle W horse trailer with beautiful wood accents and is customizable to any event.
Bartenders will serve delicious drinks from the mobile bar with the option of signature cocktails, beer, wine and seltzers. We will happily provide everything you need to make your day as stress free as possible, from napkins, straws and ice, to cups, garnishes, and mixers. We have multiple different packages ranging from big to small.

The Mixing Barrel Packages
Standard with all packages
Set up and tear down, general and liquor liability insurance, customizable chalkboard bar menu, five hours of two licensed bartenders*, our vintage mobile bar, and 35 miles of travel from 43701. Will be an additional 2 dollars per mile outside of the 35 mile radius. $250 deposit is required to secure date.

- If you already have a bar at your venue, we are happy to come and provide bartending services only
- For best service, we provide one bartender per 100 guests
- $75 dollars per hour if only one bartender is needed
- $100 dollars per hour if two bartenders are needed
The Not So Fine Print
Our packages include service and set up for the options listed, any and all alcohol must be provided by you (the host). Due to Ohio law, we are not permitted to purchase or sell alcohol at any event. Each package does include alcohol purchasing guidance. We will help you organize an alcohol order to make sure your bar is properly stocked. If you have questions, just give us a call!
